Hi. I'm Alex.
I'm the whole company. When you call, you get me. When I show up, it's me doing the work — not a subcontractor I've never met, and not a van full of trainees.
I do the jobs that live on everyone's list and never get done. TVs on walls. Fans that wobble. Furniture in boxes. Shelves that need to actually hold something. Faucets that drip. Doors that stick. The fourteen small things that are each too small to call a specialist about, which is exactly why they sit there for two years.
I work all over Broward, Palm Beach and north Miami-Dade, residential and commercial — everything from a single TV in a Fort Lauderdale condo to lighting installs at venues, a room of cribs for a childcare facility, and full apartment turnovers.
How I work
Four things I actually hold myself to
I turn up when I said I would
If something changes you get a call, not silence. The bar is embarrassingly low in this trade and clearing it matters.
The price you hear is the price you pay
You get the number before I start. If the job turns out bigger than it looked, you hear about it before I carry on, not on the invoice.
I say no to work I should not do
New circuits, re-piping, gas, HVAC, roofing, structural. I’ll tell you on the phone and point you at the right trade instead of learning on your house.
It gets left clean
Packaging out, debris out, floor swept. You should not be able to tell anyone was there except that the thing now works.
The process
From your first message to a clean finish
Tell me what you need
Call, text or fill in the form. A photo of the job answers half my questions before I ask them.
Get a real price and a date
A straight number and a time slot — usually the same day you ask, and often within a couple of hours.
I show up and do it properly
On time, with the right tools and the right hardware. Nothing gets drilled until I know what’s behind the wall.
Cleaned up, tested, done
Everything tested in front of you, packaging and debris taken away, floor left cleaner than I found it.

What I don't do
Florida treats a number of trades as licensed work, and rightly so. I don't hold a contractor's license, so I don't take on new electrical circuits or panel work, re-piping, water heaters, gas lines, HVAC systems, roofing, structural changes, tile set in mortar, or mold remediation.
What that means for you is simple: if your job needs one of those, you'll hear it on the phone in the first two minutes rather than discovering it halfway through. I'd rather send you to the right trade than learn on your house.
Everything else on the list — and there's a lot of it — is what I do every day.
Where the standard comes from
The finish is the job
Anybody can put a screw in a wall. The difference between a job and a good job is whether you can tell afterwards — whether the TV is dead level, whether the six frames read as one composition, whether the patch disappears under a raking light, whether the drawer gaps are even all the way down.
That's the part I care about, and it's why I'd rather do four things properly in a visit than eight things quickly. Judge it on the photos.
