Learn moreWhat I won’t take on
Licensed trade work: new electrical circuits and panel work, re-piping and water heaters, gas lines, HVAC systems, roofing, structural changes, tile set in mortar, and mold remediation. If your job needs one of those, I’ll tell you on the phone and point you at the right trade rather than take on something I should not.
Send a photo of the job and get a straight answer, a real price and a date — usually the same day you ask.
