Fort Lauderdale is home base. Everything from Victoria Park bungalows to the high-rise condos along Las Olas and the beach, and the housing stock swings wildly between 1950s concrete block and glass towers built last decade.
That matters more than it sounds. A 1954 CBS house on the mainland and a 2021 tower unit on the beach need completely different anchors, different tools and different assumptions about what’s behind the drywall. I carry both.
