How it works

No mystery, no runaround

Four steps, and you always know what’s happening and what it costs.

01

Tell me what you need

Call, text or fill in the form. A photo of the job answers half my questions before I ask them.

02

Get a real price and a date

A straight number and a time slot — usually the same day you ask, and often within a couple of hours.

03

I show up and do it properly

On time, with the right tools and the right hardware. Nothing gets drilled until I know what’s behind the wall.

04

Cleaned up, tested, done

Everything tested in front of you, packaging and debris taken away, floor left cleaner than I found it.

Guides & advice

Do it yourself, properly

Real instructions for the jobs people ask me about most. If you would rather do it yourself, good — here’s how to do it right.

Questions

The things everyone asks

What areas do you cover?

All of Broward County, southern Palm Beach County and north Miami-Dade — Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Aventura, Pompano, Coral Springs, Plantation, Davie, Weston, Parkland, Deerfield, Boca Raton, Delray, Boynton and everywhere in between.

How much do you charge?

Rates start at from $70/hour with a one-hour minimum. Different services carry different rates, and larger jobs are quoted flat up front. Either way you know the number before I start — no surprises on the invoice.

Are you insured?

Yes. I carry liability insurance and I can send the certificate before the job — buildings that require one on file before they release the elevator usually want it a few days ahead, so ask early. To be straight with you: I am insured but I am not a licensed contractor, which is why licensed trade work goes to the licensed trade.

What are your hours?

Seven days a week, 8am to 8pm. Evenings and weekends are normal working hours here, not an after-hours surcharge — a lot of this work is easiest to schedule when you are actually home.

How fast can you come out?

Usually the same week, often within a day or two — and because I work seven days, a Saturday or an evening slot is often the quickest way in. If it’s urgent, call rather than emailing and I’ll tell you honestly what I can do.

Do I need to buy the parts?

Usually you buy the fixture, mount, faucet or furniture — you’ll get a better price and the exact thing you want. If you would rather I sourced it, I can, at cost plus the pickup time.

What jobs do you not take on?

Licensed trade work: new electrical circuits and panel work, re-piping and water heaters, gas, HVAC systems, roofing, structural changes and mold remediation. I’ll tell you straight away and point you at the right trade rather than take something on that I should not.

Do you work with landlords and property managers?

Yes — turnovers, punch lists and ongoing maintenance across Broward, Palm Beach and north Miami-Dade. Regular clients get scheduling priority.

Got a list? Let’s knock it out.

Send a photo of the job and get a straight answer, a real price and a date — usually the same day you ask.
